Challenge: An MES provider faced the challenge of scaling delivery capacity across numerous projects while serving a growing client base.
Approach: I supported the provider by structuring rollout and integration activities across clients and managing two Scrum teams to keep delivery agile and disciplined.
Outcome: This enabled consistent project execution, improved efficiency in meeting deadlines, and the ability to scale MES solutions across a broader portfolio.
