Purposes of processing
Mandu BV collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, following up orders and deliveries, invoicing, monitoring creditworthiness, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation: (a) consent, (b) necessary for the performance of a contract, (c) necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or (f) necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest in conducting business.
