Challenge: After a promising MES pilot, the global rollout risked stalling due to uncertainty and misalignment across departments.
Approach: I worked with the client to shape a structured rollout plan, foster cross- functional collaboration, and coordinate closely with two global system integrators.
Outcome: The rollout regained momentum, trust among stakeholders was rebuilt, and a clear path for expansion across sites was established.
