Moving from initial implementation to broader rollout brings new challenges: aligning corporate ambitions with plant priorities, coordinating implementation partners and maintaining progress across sites. Across these engagements, the challenge was to build a consistent delivery approach while accommodating local requirements and operational constraints.
We combined program leadership with hands-on management of individual rollouts, bringing operations, IT and specialist partners together around shared priorities. We established clear responsibilities, structured planning and common reporting practices to support decisions and keep delivery moving. Close coordination across teams helped manage dependencies and address issues as implementation progressed.
The work helped restore momentum to a global program and supported the delivery of broader OT transformation projects, including go-lives completed on schedule. Shared tools and management practices brought greater consistency to rollout execution and clearer oversight of ongoing work. This established a stronger basis for further deployments while allowing teams to respond to local needs.
